Right on the campus of the University of Maryland is a golf game this CD is ideal for players who are new. The Park Calvert Road Disc Golf Course offers players a small, straight forward, no-frills experience. While beginners, of course, for its playability and advanced players will get bored with the lack of variety from hole to hole.
The Calvert Road Disc Golf Park in College Park, MDa few kilometers from the highway, making it an easy drive for anyone in the DC metropolitan area (if the traffic holds). This theme is also underway through the use of design that is very narrow and small. In fact, Calvert Road Disc Golf Course is the first to have been me, where you can actually see all the holes at once! The entire course is laid on a rectangle of land, allowing for some interesting positive and negative aspects.
On the positive side, a group of fourcan play an entire round in about 1.5 hours. You and your friends do not have to walk all day on an expansionary course of killing. Everything is organized well. In addition to being fulfilled the same lines, there are few barriers to the occasional group of trees. The lack of undergrowth, dense vegetation and water hazards to spend my group have little or no time looking for lost discs.
This does not mean that it is not challenging course ... they just happen to be few and far between. The holes of various forces that want to launch a series of shots. This is done by a few large trees and markers binding. While you may at your normal straight shot, these obstacles often force you to rethink your shot. This is a note that I is estimated in every case in which the course design.
On the negative side, this, of course, frustrating to get monotonous. As you can see from my photos, none of the holes are particularly memorable. They are all well keptand marked T-pad, open fairways and many trees ... and that's all. Frankly, I do not remember some holes in vivid detail.
Finally, this course is most closely layout I've ever seen. In general, there are at least two baskets visible from every tee pad. Compared to the other fairway often moving, sometimes the focus areas are remarkably close. As you can imagine, this can be a bit 'busy in the days of chaos.
Overall, theCalvert Road Disc Golf Park in College Park, MD, is a nice place to kill a 18 hours on a single lap. Beginners may find the ease of this course comforting, but has been playing disc golf for some time, of course, grow quickly frustrated with the lack of imagination. Although it is sometimes necessary to run, run, there is too little challenge for a skilled player.
