Customizable DVD Player - Justin - Bolingbrook, IL United States
I still use my Sampo DVD player. A while back it stopped reading all DVDs and started having difficulty changing layers on a DVD. I knew it was customizable for a techie, so I found a web site that detailed how to replace the DVD unit with a PC unit. This went off well and now my player is back in business. I love the remote - fits nice in the hand. I love the hacks - I can skip all the previews on any DVD and NEVER have to wait for previews or advertisements. I put a custom picture on the startup screen. I can press a "secret code" on the remote and customizable message pops up on the screen (how fun is that?). I love that I can use it to store music on the compact flash player insert. I will someday probably do the "hack" to replace the CF card reader with an IDE hard drive and put a lot more music inside the box. This DVD player plays DVDs very well and can do more than most older DVD players. If you come across someone selling one at a garage sale or on ebay - and it still works buy it! If you can get a broken one - the internet has lots of info to fix it.

These days, some games are better on one system or the gaze of others as if they were a pretty even.

Unfortunately, they lack some of Sonyintuitive features Microsoft built into their system. It is not hardware, which comes to the overall experience. If they are strictly gaming, it is likely that there will be a better gaming experience on the 360 said, the Sony machine is more than just a games console. This is one type of computer. Technically, it's bad, but the movement is based Wii controls can be as intuitive as it offers a completely new game. This game is extremely attractive to people who have never found before video games attractive. For experienced players, some are interesting, and some mayno. All will agree, is a different kind of experience.

PC gaming is where the real hardcore players go, but. As a PC player can be expensive, because they often have the choice to buy upgrades to get the most from the latest games. PC gaming is not as easy as console games. You just do not have a CD in and play, you have to go through an installation process.
